Silver Factory is an experimental electronic band consisting of producer James Podles (J-Slack) and cellist Lisa Wagner (Lektravox). The duo's style features liquid d'n'b and trip-hop beats layered with orchestral nuances.
Their music contains atypical combinations of classical elements, as well as a wide array of influences ranging from industrial and electronic to ambient, EDM, hip-hop, and noise rock.
James has produced everything from classical to electro-house to minimal techno over the years under different aliases. Lisa previously played with Moist, the Corrs, and various other artists through her work with David Foster's 143 Records.
